The room rate is fair. Coin operated washing machine is great. Nearby 24hr convenient shops. 7 mins walk to 3 subway stations, namely, Toranomon, Kamiyacho and Onarimon. There is a supermart if you walk to Kamiyacho subway station. Room is cosy and big, many tv channels, enough power points. Actually it is quite close to Tokyo tower, we walked there, 15 minutes.

It is about a 7 mins walk to all the 3 subway stations, not too far, but it is not so near either. Quite a number of guests used the washing machine, so maybe add 1 more set of washing machine and dryer is better.

If you want to explore roppongi hills, choose this place. There is a good food option within 300 ft - Ganesh Curry. Minato district certainly deserves to be visited. A few steps away from Toranomon metro stop, some 5 minutes walk.

There was nothing I didnt like.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the central location in the Shimbashi area. The hotel offered competitive prices that were hard to beat. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff provided fast and efficient service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were satisfactory, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. I particularly liked the option of choosing between rooms with two single beds or a single bed. Lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of options to suit different preferences, with a combination of Western and Japanese dishes available every morning.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was very easy to get around this city from here, with several metro and bus stations within walking distance. The hotel was clean and had some good facilities. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Walk to/from subway a little tedious

There was nothing particular that we liked about this hotel.

The bathroom smelled so bad that I had to take off the shower curtain and put it outside the room. Fixtures were falling off. Everything is so small (my wife called the bathroom "the airplane toilet") and I kept hitting the fixtures with my head. If you're tall you don't want to stay in this hotel. :) For just 30-50 dollars more you can stay at another, brand new hotel in the area.

Room was clean and had toiletries provided. The laundry and vending machines were convenient. Great location with nearby convenience stores and food shops.

The walk to the subway station was a bit far, and some stations didn't have escalators/lifts which made it difficult for travelers with heavy luggage. The hotel had an older decor and smaller rooms.

The mattress was perfect. My husband checked the brand.

The maid came by 3 times and knocked on door to ask if we had checked in.

Blanket wasnt covered with sheet. I mean,two surface of blanket wasnt covered.It is not hygienic . And they couldnt solve this problem.

This hotel is nicelyy located a 15 minute walk from Tokyo tower,close to the imperial palace .for transport - close to shinbashi station (10 min walk) and 5 min walk from Ginza subway. The hotel　staff　is very helpful　and friendly-most speak sufficient English and defintely ask them for the location of restaurant Zen ( 2 minutes walk)
